When prompted, click "Save" and select a location on your hard drive. Don't forget where you saved it! To make it easy, you can select to save it to your Desktop, then you don't have to go look for it later. If you save somewhere else, go to "My Computer" and select the drive letter where you saved the program, then select the proper folders. Once you locate the file, statues1.exe, all you have to do is double click on it and it will install itself. Easy!
